The architect of intentional, digital education in Africa

An international consultant and founder of CAYSTI and ClubTECH Academy, Arielle Kitio has over 10 years of experience at the intersection of education, technology, and data governance. Her career has established her as a leading pan-African voice, both with governments and international organizations.

Through pioneering solutions, it has already trained more than 50,000 young people in the skills of the future—robotics, AI, programming—and supported the creation of 200 jobs for women in tech through the TechWomen Factory program, which facilitates access to strategic skills, decent jobs, and early-stage financing for women aged 18 to 35.

Recognized by leading global players, Arielle has signed a strategic agreement with IBM on digital education and advised organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP, AUF, the World Bank, and the African Union.

A member of the African Union's AI Advisory Group, twice featured in Forbes Africa, and ambassador for the NASA Space Apps Challenge, the Next Einstein Forum, and TechGirls, she has also established herself as an international thought leader with more than 100 appearances at high-level forums (UN, UNESCO, One Young World, etc.).

Committed to passing on values, she also contributes to the MANSSAH project, which reconciles culture, identity, and education, affirming that “rejection is not a plan.”.
