Coding Academy Techwomen Factory
At the heart of Techwomen Factory, the Coding Academy offers intensive training courses in web development, data science, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. With a project-based approach, this academy enables participants to acquire in just a few months directly employable technical skills.
Placement and employability program
The approach does not stop at training: Techwomen Factory has set up a structured professional placement program in partnership with 54 organizations, including local and international companies (World Bank, GIZ, ONACC, startups, ministries) as well as outsourcing options. The result: a high professional integration rate of 100%.
Incubation and entrepreneurship component
For women who choose to create their own solutions, Techwomen Factory deploys an incubation program which offers support, mentoring, and access to a startup capitalThe last cohort, 50 women received startup capital and two startups raised 150,000 Canadian dollars.
